SHOULDERS, my next favorite to train!


Other than legs, shoulders are my next favorite area to train.  Today's Shoulder and Ab workout:

SHOULDERS:

BB upright row
Arnold presses
Bent over rear delt raise

SUPERSET:
DB lateral raise
DB front raise

ABDOMINALS:
Plate side bends
Russian twist
Bicycle crunch
Reverse crunch

*30 Minutes steady state cardio*
