FIT TIP:

HAVE A PLAN!
It doesn't have to be fancy and pretty.  Just write it down on a piece of paper or notes on your phone.  I PROMISE PROMISE PROMISE you will have better workouts!  You won't waste time, wander, wonder…."now what should I do?" 

This was my workout today.
