5 DAY WEIGHTLIFTING PLAN

Who is ready to kick it in gear tomorrow?

I have created just for you, a very basic weightlifting routine (using mostly dumbbells and barbells) for your entire week!!!  This is just a sneak peak.
Hopefully, I just lifted a load off your shoulders by providing you a plan.  You will not have to go to your gym wandering, wondering and wasting time about what you are going to do next.  You will have a workout plan to follow with reps and sets that looks like this:

MONDAY: Legs

TUESDAY: Chest & Shoulders

WEDNESDAY:  Triceps & ABS

THURSDAY:  Back & Biceps

FRIDAY:  Glutes & Calves

I will post the workout that is to be done the following day the night before.  Later on this evening, I will post up your MONDAY.  Tag your friend who might need a plan or the person you are going to do this with.
