TREADMILL WORKOUT

TREADMILL WORKOUT:  40 mins +5 minute Cool Down


This one is pretty straight forward.  You will do minutes 0-4 (walk) and 4-9 (run) back to back to back for a total of 3x, bringing your time to 27 mins.

THEN you will move on to the JOG, RUN, SPRINTS and the Glorious COOL DOWN!  You can adjust speeds to fit your fitness level.
