TUESDAY: CHEST & SHOULDERS


All of my favorite exercises for these muscles.  You can go straight down the list and do it 3x or pair 2 exercises together (like a superset) and do them back to back 3x….. then move on to the next pair.  It is all up to you.  Just HAVE FUN!

This week of workouts do not include any 'Active Rest' which I LOVE- there are a couple on your lower body days.  I wanted to keep it very basic and focus more on the weights.  You can throw in some active rest (jumping jacks, jump rope, mtn. climbers, etc.) after a couple exercises if you need to or save all your cardio for after the workout.

If you are unsure of certain exercises, you can Google them and images or videos will help you.
