No Equipment: Cardio and Ab Circuit


Great for a quick at Home Workout.  Or add this on to the end of your lifting workout in the gym.

40- CARDIO

20- CARDIO

15- ABS

1- REST

Pretty easy to remember.  Go straight down the list.  The goal is to shoot for 3 rounds.
