You can add these fun moves on to 'Bench Workout- 1'  that I posted last week.  Go check that one out on my INSTAGRAM These 4 moves plus BW- 1's 4 moves will give you one heck of a workout and only a bench or chair is needed.

Also, on the BW- 1, I explained how I recommend doing these bench workouts….. time, sets, reps, rest, etc…. it's all over there on Bench Workout- 1 post ( last Monday ).
